BEGINNER
BRONZE
This introductory class is tailored for children aged 6 and above who are new to gymnastics. The focus is on teaching fundamental skills across all apparatus, including floor exercises, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault. Students will learn basic movements such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and basic balance techniques. Emphasis is placed on developing coordination, body awareness, and a love for the sport.

INTERMIDIATE
SILVER
Designed for gymnasts who have mastered the basics, this class introduces more complex skills and combinations. Participants will work on refining techniques like back walkovers, round-offs, pullovers on bars, and handstand holds on the beam. The curriculum also includes strength and flexibility training to support skill development. Entry into this level requires demonstration of proficiency in foundational skills.

ADVANCED
GOLD
This class is for gymnasts who have demonstrated strong proficiency in intermediate skills and are ready to tackle more challenging elements. Focus areas include back handsprings, front walkovers, kips on bars, and advanced balance beam sequences. Gymnasts will also begin learning connected tumbling passes and complex dismounts. Consistent technique refinement and increased strength conditioning are integral parts of this level.
